Im sitting in bed wondering why I am not tired. I didn’t have an extra Mtn Dew today or anything like that. I had a couple friends over to watch the hangover, and to let them test out my sweet washer/dryer that I waiting in line for on black friday.

I put up my first christmas tree tonight, and its pretty sweet. I am actually going to put some dew in his water. I need to get some decorations because its looking a little bare. Im thinking about picking up some sweet LED lights because I’m all about going green.

The tree I got was from The Belmont Lions Club, which 100% of the sales go to charity. I forget what it said but it had something to do with school scholarships in the town of Belmont, MA. I work in belmont and its close to where I live, I felt good about my donation and tree. These days I am very concerned with where my money is going, and I’m always trying to help people out. whether its friends, family or people I don’t even know. I helped out a friend of mine from work by buying lots of her cards as a gift to my Grandmother this year. It’s a really good idea I think. Its pretty hard to buy good gifts for your grandparents.

New years eve party is coming so fast. I need to order that ball pit asap! I filmed my first promo video for the party last weekend and so far everyone loves it. I don’t know how I am going to top the video. The Cribs episode will hopefully the final video so people will know what they are missing. I have plasma tv’s in my bathroom for mirrors thats how baller I am.

I haven’t posted in a few weeks. It’s already August! Time is flying by, but it doesn’t feel like summer because of all the sweet rain we have been having in Boston.

I gave moneyanswertree.com a new theme and it looks awesome. More professional looking.

I’ve been testing out click through rates on twitter with some of my ads. I’ve posted links to a few products on twitter, and tracked the links CTR on my affiliate sites. The numbers were good. 14-25% CTR. Only 1 conversion though. But thats ok for the small amount of clicks I got.

I’m still building up my twitter followers, I am over 1100 now. It was up to 1200 a week ago before twitter did some user maintenance and deleted all those spam accounts. So my follower count dropped a lot and I guess its a good thing. Shows how many followers of mine were spam.

Other updates, I will be making a new iphone app soon, and I will be changing this sites theme to another wootheme – Busy Bee. I should probably apply for the iphone dev program now because it might take a month or so before I am accepted. That will give me a good time frame to do the development in.

Today, I am going to create a twitter background to help get tweople interested in following me. I am sick of the default designated “cool guy” twitter theme. It seems as though every guy I know rocks the same BG because its by far the coolest one. Now its time to branch out and create my own that shows I have several domains and identities on the internet other than twitter.

I am also going to look into new wordpress themes. I’ve been rocking the same one made by Chris Harrison for a while now. It’s done very well and it was really nice to work with, but I think I need a more 2009 wordpress theme. My buddy Adam Elliot Fields, just purchased two domains which I will be hosting, so be sure to check him out at adamelliotfields.com and iwanttobeformal.com. You should also follow him on twitter @fieldsy4life. He is an online personality that’s for sure, and you will be fully entertained following him around to whatever he does.

I’ve made some headway on my iPhone app today. Yay! I’ve been creating a simple move stuff around and drop stuff app for a demo for my company, but its turned into a passion project for me now. It started off simple, but then I turned it into a cool game that I hope is addicting! The bare bones version will be finished This Friday, but I hope to work on it more and make it my first iphone game to put on the app store. Shout out to @dr1337 for the instant help when I’m stuck with syntax. Thanks!

So I’ve decided to start posting the dumb(funny) things that Brenda, my mother in case you don’t know me personally, does on a daily basis. She is the BEST. Literally no other mom can top her, ask all my friends. She is hilarious and she doesn’t even know why. For a little background, she was born in the Philippines and moved to the states when she was 23 years old. She still has whicked(Im from Boston) broken English and she speaks entirely in her own made up catch phrases. I could go months talking to her just in her own catch phrases and she wouldn’t even know I was doing anything different. So in the near future be sure to check back on the funny things she says and the funny things she does. I’ll start to name my posts in her catch phrases even though they are NOT SEO’d. I don’t care about SEO anymore it’s over hyped. I care more about MBO, micro blogging optimization.

I have to use up 4 weeks of PTO at work, and I am never sick. That means I have 4 weeks to burn. Its almost April now and I haven’t used any yet. So I think I’m going to take some time off soon and go back to california and skateboard. My friend Dan lives out in San Jose and said I could stay with him. I have to talk to him before I book my flight. So far the price seems right! The week I plan to go is really cheep. Its the week after april vacation for more HS students. The flight round trip is $260 through expedia.com.* I hope I can check my board on the plane.

How is everyones extra 20 dollars in their paychecks? Pretty sweet.

Its pretty simple, they were made for it. Watch out, I’m gonna start blogging about the ecconomy and what I hate about it over at moneyanswertree.com. I just have so much to say(at the moment) about how I feel about wallstreet and the people there. Some can agree or disagree but I hope its entertaining.

I need to also redo the look of that side and just make it blog style or Q&A style. I would like to make it Q&A style that would be cool, but maybe the focus there is wrong and I need to go in a different direction, we’ll see.

Got my new snowboard boots today and wore them all night. Pretty sweet. Okay I need to start getting more sleep.

It’s been a little while since I last posted. What else is new… I blog a lot on my laptop, it seems like that is what you are supposed to do on a laptop, is mindlessly surf the net and blog. I really should be doing something cool with my new mac like programming in objective-c or learning AS3. Instead I’m watching the end of Leno and thinking about wasting more time playing poker.

It’s been about 2 years since my first deposit into pokerstars.net, and I still have money in there. You might think that’s impressive but its not. I think I was up maybe 1 day. I’ve been way down forever. Just recently I have decided to play more and just run dry and quit. Either I get better and start making money, or let it all run out and not have to kid myself anymore. Since I’ve started to play more serious I’ve gained about 5 bucks. I play the lowest limit games. My friend Ernesto is doing a 100 dollar poker challenge and blogging about it. You can check his updates and see how he’s going. You should tell him to update his bankroll status on the sidebar.

First day of spring! Im gonna clean my car out tomorrow and try to get my wheels straighten. Then get my new tires mounted and maybe put on. I need the potholes to go away before I put my summers on. I might wait a couple more weeks.

I took a nap after work today. Fell asleep at 7 and woke up at 10 and no one woke me up. Now I am wide awake and have no hopes of going to sleep at a reasonable time. Oh well, more time to see if Late Night with Jimmy Fallen will get better.

Has anyone been watching? I feel like he is trying really hard to get his bits to stick with people and its just not working. I would assume that the bits take time to settle, and he is like force feeding you these and they are really lame. Lick it for 10, clearly just a product placement bit driven by advertising and not funny at all. I’ve noticed that the show is stuffed with product placement and is heavily endorsed. I feel like that how all new shows have to go to make money because of tivo and DV-r’s. That macbook he has on his desk at all times is pretty sweet though. I kinda a fan. The huge Sharp LCD is pretty nice too makes green screen shots a thing of the past. Bud light lime waiting room where his guests hang out before they come on stage. I bet there are more endorsements coming. You can also tell he is stealing pages right out of Conan’s book. All that said, I still hope he is successful and the show lasts. I think when he gets more comfortable it will be a decent Late Night show.

3 good days in the market, yay. My IRA transaction didn’t go through yesterday it went through today, because it was after 4pm when I did it. Opps, so I missed out on today’s gains which is not a big deal because IRA is LONG term. I still would have rather bought in at yesterdays close price. I’m predicting a flat day tomorrow, so next week can be another good week. Wish I had the huevos to buy in for a short gain, but I need to be conservative and buy a house.

I missed Thursday night NBC. Good thing I recorded it. I’m gonna go watch it now since I am awake.

First of all I finished Rob and Big and I am sad that its all over. I really enjoyed my time with Rob and big the past 3 seasons, or weekends for me. The ending was bittersweet. Now that its over, I don’t know what to do with myself. Maybe I’ll work on something actually.

I met with my friend Leo Shpitalnik to talk about becoming a home owner. We had a good chat about it over some beers and bar food. I am happy to be working with Leo while I am in the market and looking at my options. Leo is affiliated with Keller Williams Realty, located in Chestnut Hill, MA.

I have beef with Citigroup right now. My Shell citi account online somehow got messed up. I can no longer login to their site, and called them up twice. Both of them say I have to re-register my information under a new account name. When I try to do that it says there are problems, and it doesn’t even recognize my 16 digit account number with them. Something got messed up when the government took over that company. I logged in fine last week when they took my last payment.

Apparently I am locked out of the account for 24 hours because of so many failed attempts to login. I guess I will hold my tong until I try after the 24 hours has expired. I did try to login the other night and it failed as well. They never said I would have to re-register my account information under a different name. I can’t imagine I am the only one this is happening to, am I? Seems like a dumb system to just change that on people and not say anything. I’ll keep you posted if anyone cares.

I can’t belive it snowed so much today. On Sat. this past weekend Dan and I played tennis outdoors in shorts. It was nice and sunny, about 40º. Decent weather. I thought winter was over.

Today we had a big storm it was about 2 feet at the end of my driveway and it stuck to my shovel! By the time I got out of work, all the roads were clear and down to pavement. So no drifting or doing donuts tonight.

I gave up on trying to really organize the photos I had. I really wanted to upload them so I put them in more general categories. I am uploading the last group as we speak! Yay. Jared brought up a cool idea, WAN party a slide show of the pics and we can all watch it from our places of residence. Daley in SJ, Jared in DC, Matt and Diana in NYC. It would be cool. I’ll have to see about the technology there and see if it can happen.

Heros… What is going on? Week after week it’s a lame disappointment. :-/ I am clinging on by a thread here. Heros better pick it up or else I’m gonna quit watching. Justin Timberlake is going to be on the first Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. I will probably DV-R that and watch it tomorrow.

Watched Mr. & Mrs. Smith again today in 1080p on the PS3. Love streaming blu-ray.

Played some tennis today with Dan. Little early for spring but it was decent weather. Its almost all melted, and we are going to get 6-10 inches of snow again on monday. Great. We’ll just have to hit up the mountains again.

I am thinking about going with the Flickr 24.99 a year pro account, which will allow me to backup all my photos to flickr so I will most likely never lose them and have access to them from anywhere.

I was looking into the Google picasa webalbum as well. Seems pretty good for free you get 1 gig of space. Flickr integrates better with my website now though.

You know what I think I might do… Get Flickr’s account for 1 year upload all my photos, then switch back to the free version. In 1 year the free version might even be better than it is now. I will enjoy having the ability to make more than 3 sets. 3 sets is so limited right now.
